  • Simply park in the designated area (marked by cones), remove any valuables or personal items, and leave your keys with the front desk or as instructed. That’s it — we’ll handle the rest!

  • No. As long as your vehicle is parked in the designated area and we have access to the keys, we’ll take care of everything. All necessary details are captured in your booking form — we’ll only reach out at the end of the day for payment or if any questions or recommendations come up during your service.

  • If weather conditions prevent us from detailing, we’ll notify you early that morning. We’ll also stay in contact with the office manager, HR representative, or whoever coordinated the service to reschedule for a nearby date that works best for everyone — no stress, no extra charge.

  • Please leave your keys with the front desk, office manager, or designated contact as noted in your booking. If your office has a specific drop-off spot, it will be detailed in your confirmation email.
